Your world means or refers to your life. You can change your life with your words. The Bible says whatever you bind or loose on earth will be bound or loosed in heaven, meaning whatever you permit, heaven will permit. In a world that is full of bad news and evil occurrences, you can begin by choosing how your day, every day will be; full of joy or full of sorrow. Wake up every morning and declare the word of God, ….weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning, Psalm 30 v 5. This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it, Psalm 118 v 24. Forget about the weeping of the night…. the pains people have caused you, the disappointments etc; begin each day rejoicing, let melody and songs of praise fill your heart and mouth.You need to be deliberate and intentional about it, choose to be joyful and be glad. If you don’t, situations around you will determine how your day and your life will be. Be joyful in your present situation. You may not have your dream house yet, be joyful in your apartment, you may not be driving a Ferrari, be joyful as you drive to work in your Nissan Cube. Psalm 144 v 15b: Happy are the people whose God is the Lord. As you engage this principle daily, speaking good, encouraging words into your day, hypertension, depression and all the other “…ssions” will vanish from your life. Praise be to God!
